Welcome to the MiSVb Trahado App. This application enables registered users of the Banco di Seguro Social di Aruba (SVb) to access an overview of their employment status, related insurance information, and a history of employment. Users can also conveniently report sick leave to both their employer and the SVb through the app. Existing SVb AO Online users are required to have their account username readily available for the initial app login. By selecting the "Forgot Password?" link, users can reset their password via a one-time-password (OTP) sent to their email, enhancing security during the password recovery process.

Upon successful login setup, users are prompted to create a 6-digit PIN for further secure access within the application. New users or those not registered with SVb AO Online can easily navigate through a straightforward registration process by selecting the "Register" button and entering their relevant information. Once registration is complete, full access to the app's features is granted.

Key capabilities available once logged in include:

• Viewing Personal Data
• Requesting an employment history overview
• Reporting sick leave and track progress using the app
• Adjusting application settings

Users with income above the threshold can utilize the app but are unable to report sick leave if not covered under Sick Leave Insurance (Ziekteverzekering, ZV).
